Thanks for the update. I owned this stock years ago when it was at 50 cents and was fortunate to sell in the $2 area. Many investors have lived and written this story up as a value play only to get stuck in a value trap. I disagree that a) that they are good capital allocatorsb) good management and c) aligned accept that do own stock. The company should have paid out a big chunk of cash over the years. I think they will go dark and take the company private for Pennie’s on the dollar to do the final screw job on minority investors. Good luck and again thank you for the note.

As a shareholder you can't be forced to sell shares. Also HRBR is a Net Net flush with cash and no debt, a far different scenario than the dire financial straits of take under companies

Marcus there are many companies that have done take under. Check out Carl Icahn, Ron Perelman and others histories. Not saying it will happen here, but they have not proven to bee shareholder friendly. If they go dark that will be the first step.

Thanks for the post, DO EM GO. Hopefully the specter of another Luigi Mangione can keep management from a scummy take-under that screws minority shareholders.

Thanks for the update. I share your frustration with this investment. I'm curious—what do you think the chances are that they stop filing and go dark? I would imagine there are now more than 300 investors involved.

It is always possible they go dark but I doubt it, they have 400+ shareholders. I am fine with a dark investment personally but I know others are not

How do you calculate they have 400+ shareholders? Is there a site that can confirm that?

The company is updated once a year on 12/31 by the transfer agent. The last one I saw was well over 300 but under 400. They have stated many times if the count goes under 300 there is a good chance they will file to go dark. To go dark they must be up to date with all their filings. Although right now, it’s like they are dark anyway.
